Officieuze opening
Zoals al eerder gecommuniceerd, willen we voor alle leden een officieuze opening houden.
Dit is alleen voor leden en mensen die aan de verhuizing/verbouwing hebben meegewerkt. Een officiële opening
voor bekende mensen uit de tafeltenniswereld, buren, gemeenten,
de NTTB en andere verenigingen, etc. volgt in de lente (i.v.m. beperkte ruimte is dat zonder leden).
De opening voor de leden zal gehouden worden op zondag 26 januari van 14:00 – 17:00. Tijdens deze openingsbijeenkomst geven verschillende (bestuurs)leden uitleg over zaken als wanddecoratie, het toegangssysteem, de bar, het kassa systeem, het nieuwe logo etc. Het is dus super interessant om langs te komen, overal uitleg over te krijgen en te proosten op het nieuwe jaar en onze nieuwe accomodatie. Noteer daarom deze datum in je agenda: zondag de 26ste!
Members opening day (un-official opening)
As outlined in previous newsletters, would we like to invite all members to attend the (un-official) members opening. This will be a moment for members and those external parties that greatly contributed to the realization of this new table tennis hall. The official opening ceremony with Dutch table tennis celebrities, neighbors, local officials, the NTTB and board members of other clubs will be held Spring 2020. Due to the limited availability, this will without members.
The opening day for members will be held on Sunday January 26th, from 14:00hrs till 17:00hrs.
During this event, different (board)members will give detailed explanation about important aspects of the new clubhouse; our wall of fame, the key/entry system, the cashiering system, the bar set-up, the new logo, etc. So it is essential and very interesting to swing by during this opening day. Please make this a success and come by to have a drink on this new year and new club house. Make this day in your agendas; Sunday January 26th!
