Bar Commissie
De Bar Commissie bedankt iedereen die zijn voorkeuren
voor de hoeveelheid bar diensten heeft doorgeven. Nu het competitieschema bekend is, zal heel binnenkort iedereen worden
gevraagd om zich voor maximaal twee bardiensten in te schrijven. Doe dit meteen zodat je je voorkeusdag(en) krijgt toegewezen.
Mocht je dit niet doen, wordt je automatisch ingedeeld.
Door de bardiensten te draaien, blijft je borg staan voor volgend seizoen.
Uiteraard kunnen er tijden zijn dat je verhinderd bent op de datum waarop je staat ingedeeld. Probeer dan gelijk vervanging te vinden
door te ruilen. Indien wel of geen ruilpartner
gevonden, geef dit zo snel mogelijk door aan de bar commissie via info@amsterdam78.nl.
Bar Committee
The bar committee would like to thank everyone who provided their preference in regards to the amount of bar shifts they were willing to do. Since we received the competition-schedule for the coming season, you will receive shortly an e-mail to sign up for your preferred days. A maximum of two bar shifts per year is required, so please provide your preference the earliest. Should you fail to do so, you will automatically be assigned to a random evening.
By fulfilling the two shifts, your deposit will remain for the following year.
Of course there are occasions that you cannot make the scheduled bar shift. Once you realize, try to swap your shift with someone as soon as possible. Once this is arranged, or you could not find any replacement, please inform the bar committee by e-mailing info@amsterdam78.nl.
