Since 2022, there is a ladder competition all year round, an easy way to get to know other members with a similar playing level. Every two weeks a new ladder competition round takes place. Via the ladder competition app you can indicate your availability and indicate whether you want to play once or multiple times in a round.
For each match, you make a regular reservation of one hour in the Pingpongbaas app. After the match, the winner enters the result in the ladder competition app. By default, you play a best-of-5 match, which takes about 20 minutes on average. If you prefer a longer match, you can agree to play a best-of-7 or best-of-9. In that case, convert the result: for example, a 5-3 is entered as 3-2. When registering, you will be asked about your playing strength. Use the guidelines below for this:
- 1st class and above: Top
- 2nd class: Good
- 3rd class: Above average
- 4th class: Average
- 5th class: Above beginner
- Recreational: Make your own assessment, usually between beginner and intermediate.
